The FLA is delighted to announce that the Association’s final educational and social event of the year will be held on the evening of 29 November 2018. This event is kindly being hosted at the offices of Macfarlanes, 20 Cursitor Street, London EC4A 1LT.
We expect to have leading criminal and civil silks to take us through some of the interesting issues that have arisen in this year’s fraud calendar. Further details of the topics and speakers will follow shortly, however, in the meantime please save the date!
In conjunction with the Law Society and City of London Law Society, the FLA has responded to the House of Lords Committee call for evidence in relation to the effectiveness of the Bribery Act 2010. The response can be found in the publications section of the FLA website.
