The Dinner

This event is open to members of the FLA and their guests. The ticket price per person is £130.00 plus VAT (a total of £156.00).

The evening will commence with a 1 hour pre-dinner drinks reception commencing at 6.15pm and guests will be seated for dinner in The Ballroom at 7.15pm. The evening will conclude at 1.30am.

The Booking Process

To be eligible to book a table, you must have a paid-up FLA membership. If you are not a member and would like to join the FLA, or if you need to renew, please follow the instructions below. If you are not sure whether you are a member, please email the FLA Administrator (membership@thefraudlawyersassociation.org.uk) as soon as possible to confirm. Membership payments MUST be separate from any dinner related payments.

If you would like to attend this event, please RSVP your reservation request to our Social Secretary, DIANE CALNAN, at dcalnan1856@yahoo.co.uk. Initial reservations will be for a maximum of 1 table per firm/chambers, a waiting list will operate in the order of requests received if further tables are required. Early booking is recommended and tables will be allocated in order of request. Once you have received confirmation of your reservation, please can you arrange payment ASAP, following which you will receive a booking form for completion.

Please send all payments via BACS transfer to: The Fraud Lawyers Association, Barclays Bank, Account number 53936058, Sort Code 20-41-41 (using your name/firm name/chambers as a reference).

Booking for this event will open on at 11:00 am on Friday 17 November 2023Please do not email the FLA Administrator as your reservation request will only be registered once it is received by Diane Calnan.

When sending your reservation request, you should specify whether you require an individual ticket(s) or a table(s). If you would like to reserve a complete table, the minimum number of guests is 10 and the maximum is 12 guests.

Please note that your reservation request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Tables will be reserved in order of request. Demand for the dinner has increased year on year therefore the initial booking allocation will be for one table per firm/chambers. However, requests for a second/additional tables can be made when sending your reservation request, then a waiting list will operate and additional table requests will be allocated in the order that requests are received as this is the fairest way to ensure that everyone who wants to attend the Dinner can do so.

If your reservation request is successful you will receive an email from Diane Calnan confirming your booking, together with a booking form for completion. You will also receive an invoice from our Treasurer, Sara Teasdale at PCB Byrne LLP.

All payments must be received by Friday 8th December 2023.

If payment is not received by this date, your ticket(s)/table(s) will be released to those on the waiting list.
