Speakers: Christopher Coltart, K. C. and Jonathan Ashley-Norman, K. C..  Christopher is the head of the business crime team at 2 Hare Court and has significant experience of appearing in prosecutions brought under the Companies Act 2006. Jonathan is a specialist in law enforcement in a corporate setting and has extensive experience both prosecuting and defending in business and regulatory crime cases.
