FLA Privacy Notice

The FLA keeps the information provided directly to it by its members (including names, professional addresses, email and other contact information) in order to administer membership (including the collection of membership fees), organise events and/or inform of Association events.Generally, such data is not shared with third parties, but from time to time limited details (such as names) are shared with third parties for the purposes of organising events (such as venues which need a list of attendees); further, from time to time we will send members details by email of events held by other organisations with similar aims as the FLA. Further details of the how the FLA processes data can be found in this privacy policy. The FLA has balanced its legitimate interest in processing this data in order to run the association and fulfil its aims, with members fundamental rights and freedoms; its legitimate interests assessment can be found here.
